Night-time Phone Calls
Okay, I've just got to throw this one out there. If you received a phone call at 10 minutes to midnight, and you answer it...who would you expect it to be? I would expect it to be a friend or family member in trouble, or needing something really bad to call that late. No I had a telemarketer call me at midnight. It woke me and the kids up and I'm fummmmmming mad. So what would the rest of you do?

I wouldn't be so nice, I would yell at him and then ask for his advisor and yell at them and then report the company because we are on the do-not-call list. That is crazy that they would call you that late!!!
I would tell them how late it was and that you were upset that it woke you. I think I have some compassion for the workers, they are just doing their job. Grr.... Are you on the do-not-call list?
I hate when this happens on Sundays as well. I would definetely give them a piece of my mind and then hang up on them.
